Do you pour new concrete or replace old concrete?
Instead of pouring brand new slabs, we use a super-strong, lightweight material called high-density polyurethane. This allows us to:
- Lift and level sunken or uneven concrete, creating a smooth and safe surface again.
- Seal leaks that might be causing cracks or damage.
- Fill expansion joints to prevent future problems.
Think of it like sprucing up your favorite pair of shoes instead of buying a whole new pair. It’s a faster, more affordable way to get your concrete looking and functioning its best!
Can you lift broken concrete?
Absolutely! We can tackle cracked concrete and get your surface smooth again. Here’s the deal:
- Big Breaks: If the concrete is completely shattered, replacing that section might be the best solution for long-term stability.
- Smaller Cracks: But for most cracks, we’ve got you covered! We have repair techniques that can bring your concrete back to life.

How many holes are going to be drilled?
Every project is different depending on size and location the amount will very. We drill 3/8” holes roughly the size of a dime. The holes are patched with concrete and are basically unnoticeable after a week.
Can you lower concrete?
Unfortunately, we can’t lower existing concrete slabs. However, there’s good news! If a tree root caused the unevenness, we can raise the surrounding concrete to create a smooth, level surface again. Imagine it like lifting a sunken tile on your floor and evening it out with the others.
Now, if the raised area is right in front of your garage door, a full replacement might be the best option for smooth entry and exit. But don’t worry! We can help you assess the situation and find the most suitable solution for your specific driveway.
How soon can I drive my car on the repaired concrete?
Great question! In most cases, you can drive on the repaired area as soon as our crew finishes the job. That means you won’t have to worry about finding alternate parking for long!
However, if we’re sealing expansion joints as part of the repair, those typically need about 24 hours to cure completely. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know exactly what to expect for your specific project.
